Tiago Alves is a Portuguese Working Equitation and Dressage rider who started to practice riding at the age of 6. At 12 years old he was National Champion of WE junior level, and a year later won the Portuguese Cup of WE junior level. Is a federate Dressage and Working Equitation athlete since 2009. From June 2016 to July 2022, a rider at Pedro Torres Academy (Pedro Torres Team). He participated in several Equestrian Galas.

Tiago Alves Equestrian Academy is his project based in Arrábida Horse Sport Center.

Tiago Alves prepares and presents several horses for Lusitano breeding approval (APSL) and model and gaits competitions. He teaches at Clinics in several countries: México, Czechia, Italy and Australia.
